After 'Vattaram,' Keerat did not get proper film offers, till 'Durai' opposite Arjun came her way.
Keerat was signed on in place of Padmapriya in 'Durai.' A few days after shooting started, Keerat was shocked to find that another heroine Gajala was in the film!
'Santosh Subramaniam' just got released and Keerat plays a small role in it as Vijaykumar's daughter. Seeing the small role, director A Venkatesh was shocked, and so he is said to have cut down Keerat's portion and signed on Gajala as heroine of 'Durai.'
Keerat had the role in hand but it has slipped by to Gajala and this has put Keerat in anxiety.
