Produced by Rangeela Enterprises, Chithirai Selvan writes the story, directs and wields the camera for this film. He has earlier directed 'Agra,' Screenplay and dialogues are by M Balu and music by V Dakshi.
The film is to be made in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam at the same time. Shooting starts from August first week,.
The director talks about the story of the film. "In the dark of the night, every other night a watchman is being mysteriously murdered. The general public is in a panic and people are afraid to walk at night. A young police officer is appointed to make enquiries about the serial killings, find out who the culprit is and catch him, so the people can get over their fears. After his training, the very first task is a challenge to him. Through his direct enquiries and his intelligence, he finds out who the killer is.
On interrogating the culprit, he is aghast on finding out about his identity and the background. After that, how he is beset with problems and how he overcomes them, makes for an energetic screenplay.
