Namitha lives in a luxury bungalow in Nungambakkam in Chennai. As her parents are living in Gujarat, only servant maids are at home.
For her security, Namitha has three imported dogs. Besides, there is a gorka at the front gate.
When Namitha goes for shooting, she returns home only in the evening. Presently she is doing the film 'Indira Vizha.' When she returned home after shooting at 9 in the night, she switched on the air conditioner in her bedroom. Suddenly the air conditioner caught fire and a cloud of smoke was all over the bedroom.
As Namitha shouted in alarm, servant maids ran into her room and disconnected the power. Then they poured water over the air conditioner and put out the fire. Fortunately Namitha escaped from a fire accident.
