Nanayam
Bank’s chief officer S.P.Balasubramanian likes his courage when he meets his friend’s son Prasanna. He appoints him as a security officer in his bank. He designs the locker room of the bank in such a way that will be a challenge to the robbers. Sibiraj having experienced injustice in the hands of S.P.B. wants to create problems and plans a robbery. Planning to meet up with Prasanna he starts collecting information on Prasanna. Once married, Prasanna is a divorcee. His former wife Ragini who is waiting to take vengeance on Prasanna is murdered suddenly. Sibi accuses Prasanna for the murder and threatens him with false evidence. Prasanna, just to escape from Sibi helps him to rob the bank.
Was the bank robbed? Who murdered Ragini? They will be answered in the climax. Prasanna has done an excellent job in the role given to him. Not being a successful hero Sibi wanted to be a villain. But here again he has not succeeded. In all scenes and in all angles he looks like the imitation of actor Sathyaraj. Better than Prasanna, Sibiraj and Ragini, S.P.Balasubramanian’s performance leaves a lasting impression in the audience. They were trying to pull a chariot. But when the chariot had no wheels – a strong story – how will the chariot move?
